GENERAL RULES

1.  You should have carry your college ID CARD with formal dress code for the events.
2.  Your work should be original and the papers should be in standard IEEE format.
3.  A team/person can submit only one paper. Submission of more than one paper may lead to disqualification.
4.  Deviation from the given formats and rules may also lead to disqualification.
5.  The selection committee will select the team/person and judge’s decision will be final for the award of prize.

TECHNICAL EVENTS

Paper Presentation

EVENT RULES:

  1.  The abstract should be sent to [email protected] on or before 10th February.
  2. The following details should be sent along with the abstract:
    Name of the participants, College Name, Department and Year of study, Contact Number.
  1.  The PowerPoint Slides and hard copies should be submitted before the presentation.
  2.  The candidates are to present for 8 minutes and queries will be asked for 2 minutes.
  3.  Single team should not have more than 2 persons.
  4.  For all the slides, the maximum limit is 15 slides including the introduction and conclusion etc.
  5.  Judges decision will be final.

TOPICS:

  • Modern Techniques and Modern Materials.
  • Complicated Structure and Design.
  • Vernacular Structures.
  • Modern Irrigation Systems.
  • Any Innovative Topics.


Poster Presentation

EVENT RULES:

  • The Poster must contain your name and your college name.
  • Size of the poster must be A3
  • One person is allowed to bring a maximum of two posters for a topic.
  • The poster may be in colour or black/white.
